As a software provider serving defense and tactical aviation sectors, strict data handling is core to our engineering principles.
A. Briefing & Demonstration Inquiries: When you contact us or request a platform demonstration, we collect the information you provide: your name, official email address, squadron or organizational affiliation, and operational requirements. This information is utilized exclusively to respond to your inquiry, evaluate technical fit, and schedule private briefings.
B. Anonymous Web Telemetry: We collect anonymous, aggregated technical metrics (such as page load times, browser categories, and general geographic regions) to ensure web stability and platform performance. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party behavioral advertising pixels.
C. Ephemeral Connection Data: When establishing a secure HTTPS connection to our web services, your IP address is processed temporarily as required by internet protocols. We do not use connection logs to profile or track individual visitors.
All communications, squadron designations, and mission workflow discussions are handled under strict confidentiality. We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute your contact details or organization information to any third-party commercial entities.
For military wings, defense units, and commercial aerospace contractors, we routinely support and execute mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to detailed architecture reviews.
Inquiry data received through our contact forms is stored in secure, access-restricted systems protected by modern encryption standards. Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill operational discussions or comply with regulatory recordkeeping obligations.
